What are the treatment options for moderate to severe arthritic neck? i've used acupuncture with moderate success. slightly better results stretching.

Neck arthritis: If arthritis is the only problem (having ruled out disc disease, vascular problems or tumors), then physical therapy along with the use of anti-arthritic medications offers the best relief. Discuss this with your rheumatologist. Acupuncture offers immediate, but short term relief and has little if any long term utility.
