Suggest: The FDA has approved Lyrica (pregabalin) for pain secondary to spinal cord trauma, and you could take twice or thrice daily up to 600 mg, but give it several weeks, and build up slowly under supervision of your doctor. Might try acupuncture again in concert with the above. Do not negate physical therapy, and use of anti-spastic drug class. BOTOX is yet another approach.
