Yes and no: If you have tmd as a result of neuromuscular issues then it can work great. If you have degenerative joint disease it may give some relief but it likely won't do much at all.

TMJ: It can be a useful tool for some people. It doesn't work for everyone but helps many. Western medicine cannot explain why it helps but I have seen people benefit from it. I will say that it's usually temporary relief and not long term.
