Can endometrial cancer look like a normal endometrium in secretory phase? or are there usually other sonographic features? what stage would this be?

Yes: Ultrasound is not a good predictor for endometrial cancer. That requires a biopsy. Ultrasound may indicate which women need a biopsy depending on their age and clinical circumstances. At age 24, women are at rare risk of endometrial cancer.
