What are the chances of a normal female to have endometrial cancer? Would abnormal cells be present in a Pap smear if I do have endometrial cancer?

Low: Most endometrial cancers do not show on pap smear. If you have any female bleeding that you can tell isn't normal for you, get evaluated for possible endometrial cancer.
