what are the chances of a normal female to have endometrial cancer? would abnormal cells be present in a pap smear if i do have endometrial cancer?

Low: Most endometrial cancers do not show on pap smear. If you have any female bleeding that you can tell isn't normal for you, get evaluated for possible endometrial cancer.
