Biopsy report: The report quoted , if that is the only content, means that endometrial polyps were not removed, as they would be described in detail, and not as you have written. "Inactive endometrium" usually means lack of hormonal stimulation. Ask the provider who did the procedure about the absence of mentioning "polyps".
