What does scant superficial strips of inactive endometrium seperate fragments of unremarkable squamous epithelium & mucus mean on an endometrial biops?

Biopsy report: The report quoted , if that is the only content, means that endometrial polyps were not removed, as they would be described in detail, and not as you have written. "Inactive endometrium" usually means lack of hormonal stimulation. Ask the provider who did the procedure about the absence of mentioning "polyps".
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

This is essentially a normal report for your age. Inactive endometrium is normal in post menopausal women. Unremarkable squamous epithelium is also normal and mucus is a normal finding.

Transformation zone not available means that the biopsy was superficial- so it did not get deeper tissue.
