Yes: Risk of postop hemorrhage requiring re surgery is < 5%. Rarely life threatening. Make sure you rest after surgery, avoid lifting, don't take aspirin, wait 10 days before eating rough edged food to minimize risk of bleeding. If family or personal history of bleeding get coagulation function checked before the surgery.
