See spine doctor: Since it has been a long time, you may never improve, but i would suggest seeing a spine surgeon for evaluation. Sometimes they can do something to keep the problem from worsening. The specialist can also arrange for therapy that might help.

That depends on : Whether you had any neurologic problems either related to direct spinal cord or nerve tissue compression from the TB or are left with any sort of spine deformity that may still be affecting the nerve function. Sometimes, even with successful treatment of the TB but one may be with ongoing nerve deficit if it was present at the time of treatment. See a spine specialist to get an opinion.
