I'd spina bifida, later 1y ago i have untethering due to swelling in the lower spine. from then i've leg weakness.age25 unable to walk,before able to.

Spina bifida: If you have progressive weakness and unable to walk after release of a tethered cord then return to see your neurosurgeon. There may be a new structural problem or you may need physical and occupational therapies to restore your ability to walk.
