Lumps probably not : Related but feel painful as most likely little fat tumors that are common and known as lipomas that when pressed down on put pressure on underlying muscles that are sore. Pain with walking and heaviness in legs suggest a symptom pattern known as claudication that may be vascular or spinal in origin. This whould be evaluated by your doctor for a diagnosis and treatment recommendation.
