I was just told to take my thyroid meds by itself with out other meds. agree or dissagree and why? also my tsh was low so my doc lowered my meds?

Yes: Ideally you're on brand name T4 and you take it one hour before meals in the am. The main thing is not to take it at the same time as vitamins, calcium or iron -- separate them from your thyroid by at least 2 hours.
