My tsh levels : sep - 17.85, oct - 4.2, dec - 11.4.do i need thyroid medication?1 doc prescribed levothyroxine 50mcg while other said no need to take.

Elevated TSH: Elevated TSH signifies a failing thyroid gland function sometimes it is slowing down but may come back for short spells you could go either way except if you seek pregnancy, have a voter or tpo is positive you need to have it followed at regular intervals i assume you have no symptoms of thyroid disease.
