Ok so my t3 (liothyronine) total is 105 my t4 is 1.1 my tsh is 5.69 ? should my doc be putting me on thyroid meds? i have bad axsiety for 3 months never before?

Cannot diagnose: Lab values must be correlated with clinical findings and history, none of which are available here. Doubt your anxiety is related to possible mild hypothyroidism, but you must discuss this with the doctor ordering these tests. Good luck and feel better.
