See a podiatrist: Bunion pain at night time could be caused by several things. It could be pressure fron your shoes, nerve entrapment, or possibly gouty arthritis. An evaluation by a podiatrist could really help.

Shoes: Possibly nerve or joint is being irritated during the day from shoes, then at night you notice it. Check if some of your shoes are too narrow.
