$400-$800: That is my best estimate, but it depends on how complex your deformity is. It may be more, or even less? Your problem may take more than one procedure. You should also be aware that there will be other charges, like anesthesia and the fee for where the procedure is taking place. I assume you are a cash pay patient - if this is the case, let people know, and ask how they handle that & their advice.

Also: To add to dr. Creighton's answer, fees tend to be dependent on area. A park avenue (nyc) bunionectomy is way more expensive than, say, a mobile alabama bunionectomy. If there is a teaching hospital near you, they may be able to offer you a good deal, since the residents are looking for cases in such places.
