Nope, it won't work.: Fruits have sugars in them. Sugars are carbs. Carbs lock fatty acids into fat cells. Eating sugary things constantly will Prohibit your cells from releasing fat and carbs from being used for fuel, because you're using the sugar for energy. You will lose weight by depriving your system of excess carbohydrates. Choose foods with low carbs and high proteins. It takes practice and is difficult.
