I've been having dull gallbladder pain lasting 24 hours with few breaks in between, it gets worse after i eat (although i've been nauseous) and my stool has been loose and orange. i did get diagnosed with gallstones but could this be a blockage?

Blockage cant be diagnosed by symptoms alone. You need lab and radiological testing. Pl see your surgeon soon.
