Past few days my stools have been soft and floats. color is of a redish/orange. i drink a lot of apple juice & eat steamed broccoli. no fever. nausea?

Stool color: This is often a result of what you have eaten and what the bacterial flora of your colon is. There are some bacteria that will create red pigments. It is, however, very important to be sure that this is not blood. There are very simple tests available to determine this. Check with your doctor.
