Medical Evaluation: This does not sound good. Could be an infection. Could be a blocked artery or vein in the lower extremity. Get to a doctor for evaluation immediately!

Need + information: Almost impossible to diagnose without further history and a physical exam. How much fever for how long? What other symptoms are you experiencing? What other health problems do you have, what meds are you taking? You might try a heating pad or a warm bath, or go see your local family doctor.
