Not yet: The sharp pain doesn't suggest a serous complication. Coughing up increased amounts of dark-colored mucus, fever, shortness of breath, & fatigue would be signs to get checked by s clinician. Sharp pain accompanied by shortness of breath is another sign. Hope that helps.
