2010 chronic mig 2016trigimal nerve,2019 vocal cord para,over active bladder,diff walking, loosing bal,pins&needle, electrical sharp pain along spine,hand&head tremors, brain mri white matters. blood tests rollout other conditions. what is the cause?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.Your issues seems more complex than is feasible to address in this forum. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a neurologist.
