What causes top of foot numbness that comes and goes? no issues lifting foot. all blood work from rheum & neuro is clear (they ran a lot). i also have an occasional tremor in hand on same side. neuro not concerned but im scared. 28yo brain mri clear?

It is not feasible to do better, in this forum, than your doctors who examined you. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

It is possible a quite common to irritate a nerve on top of the foot. If you have a boney prominence at the base of the first metatarsal it is possible and common to irritate this nerve. If this is the case you can relace the shoes to solve this problem.
