Swelling is normal: However it sounds like your swelling may be something unusual. I would call the doctors office to see if they can see you for reassurance. Good luck.

Adverse filler lip: You should see whomever did your procedure to ensure you do not have something more concerning occurring. Swelling, sometimes considerable, is normal. But if you skin color changes to dark/purple, you have more serious issues and need to be seen.
