Rapid weight loss.: Real loss cannot exceed 2.5 lbs a week. Anything greater is short term. A 100 years of study by real scientists confirm that. Exercise and a balanced diet confirmed by a weight reduction specialist/md is best. Don't be fooled by the supplement companies that promise more than 2.5 a week. Won't work long term....Ever.
