Elimination Diet: Create a three day diary, see which foods cause you discomfort ( stay away from these). Your body does not lie. Do not drink your calories. Incorporate whole foods and avoid prepackaged foods. Our intestines and immune system a lot of times do not respond favorably to pre packed foods. Best wishes!

Vegetables: Get clean, non gmo, fresh, organic vegetables. Many benefits to a large variety with cruciferous such as broccoli, cauliflower, etc. As just one group example. Also consider cucumbers, spinach, radishes, celery, with countless others. Be creative and explore various tastes.
