Elimination Diet: Create a three day diary, see which foods cause you discomfort ( stay away from these). Your body does not lie. Do not drink your calories. Incorporate whole foods and avoid prepackaged foods. Our intestines and immune system a lot of times do not respond favorably to pre packed foods. Best wishes!
