Losing Weight: Any answers to this question will be very ambiguous and generic. Please follow this advise and then bring it back to us. I need a one week food diary (you can find any of a number of tools online for this) with the total calories you consume and what type of calories they are. Then i need the specifics of your exercise. What your activity is, for how long and what your heart rate is.
