Gout: Start with a look at your diet. Foods high in purines...Red meat, alcohol, sweets....The list goes on. Then check hydration drink water and consider antiinflammatories like Ibuprofen or naproxen....Dose as directed if you can take this kind of med. Then call your doc to see if you need to treat the condition long term.
