Easy!: Two cosco/sam's club premier protein shakes: 11 0z 30g per drink: total 60g. Have three servings of meat each meal with milk. Eat nuts for snacks. You have it made. Add eggs to breakfast and cheese to each meals to decrease meat portion size!
