There are two many?: There are two many to recommend even three or four! but there are many considerations. Stay with 100% whey protein if possible, avoid soy blends. Not as efficient. Avoid those with large amounts of carbs, which is usually milk sugar. Flavors are nice. Avoid the added expense that added branched chain Amino Acids add! and cost. Whey is whey. Go to places like cosco, sam's, walmart, and target!
