Are pvcs more dangerous if you only have them with a fast heart rate sometimes big and trig pvcs?

Atrial Fibrillation: Alcohol consumption, especially chronic is associated with atrial fibrillation. You need medical attention -- can be dangerous. Some people can be converted to normal rhythm with medications or clinical maneuvers, some need to be electrically cardioverted. Some need anticoagulant medications while the situation is being assessed and afterwards.
