Abs do 3 sets of 15: -laying on back doing leg raises. -standing hold on w/ left hand, raise r leg out laterally, repeat w other side. -in a push up position arms outstretched, legs straight out behind and feet in a trx sling, pull knees up to your stomach. -lay on back, place beach ball between feet that r on ground. Bring the beach ball, being held between feet up to your hands as you do a v bend lifting upper body.

Not quick.: There's no such thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Engage in regular aerobic exercise.
