You lose belly fat when you force your body to use the fat stored around the belly by aerobic exercise in combination with reduction in calories, especially bad carbs like bread, rice, pasta, potatoes and juices. These carbs rapidly turn to fat & also cause hunger. 3500 cal less to lose 1 lb!
