what's more important when trying to lose weight? is exercise or healthier eating (dieting) more important and why?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Ronald Krauser
51 years experience Rheumatology
See details: Both are important. I would also include strength training as well. If you had to pick one, pick the low carbohydrate, healthy diet.
