No.: Home pregnancy tests detect the presence of beta-hcg, a hormone produced during pregnancy. Medications would not alter the level of this hormone. Menstrual cycle length can vary by a few days from month to month. If your period still has not come in the next couple days, you might consider making a doctor's appointment to see what's going on.
