Ectopic pregnancy ?: Ectopic pregnancies usually require surgical intervention, but it is possible for such a pregnancy to abort "on its own". PID is not always identified, and certain antibiotics can produce nausea. A UTI should have a positive culture to determine which antibiotic is necessary to correct it. If pregnancy is suspected, get a serum HCG test , but consider taking low dose oral contraceptives.
