Yes: Azo and cystex are very similar so yes, you should be able to use it instead.

Here are some ...: For most uncomplicated UTIs in adult females, an effective antibiotics alone should suffice to improve and rid UTI-related voiding symptoms in 1-3 days. AZO is an add-on for helping relieve severe burning, but optional as long as being tolerable. Regarding Cystex, its effectiveness has been sworn by some but murky by others. So, you may use Cystex and see. If not better in 2-3 days, see doc timely
