Can be: A change in sleep and appetite can be signs of depression. Other symptoms include:a loss of interest in activities you used to enjoy, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, feelings of hopelessness, sadness, poor motivation, and irritabiliy. Medical reasons should also be ruled out. See your doctor to be sure.
