Cut down Calories &: If you are dieting to loose weight only. 1 consume few calories less than wha you are consumong now 2avoid simple carbs that is sucrose, fructose&glucose 3 avoid processed food 4 eat whole grains and cereals 5fruits&not fruit juices 6eat vegetables 7cut down on red meat, eat chichen &fish 8dont drink soda&juices, drink water 9exercise regularly 10 dont stay hungry.
