Cavovarus feet : High arched feet with heels that tend to be tilted medially ( varus heel with cavus foot) puts the foot in a position that makes it much easier to roll the ankle inward on the lateral side , which is the most common form of ankle sprain/ they make cvus foot orthotics which may help but some people need surg to re align the heel which can be very helpful/ also high heel are a risk.
