Blood vessels.: There is a host of reasons why your feet get red and the veins bulge after walking. More than likely it is tied to the way the blood flows to the feet, supplies the tissues and then returns back up the leg. Medications, blood vessel health, capillary return are just a few possibilities. You would be best served to have a thorough evaluation before any action is taken.
