1 cause of rolling-: -ankles over is poor footwear, also weak evertes ( sp), the muscles that move your ankle 2 the little toe side. The more it hurts the more weaker they become. Isometric exercises R best. They can be done any where. Put your foot next 2 an immovable object, chair leg or table or wall push your foot Towards the little toe side using ankle movers only. Hold it as long as you can. Rest do it again++++

Rolling ankles: You can try running on more flat and level surfaces. Make sure you have good shoe gear. If your ankles continue to roll, or if you have pain or instability while walking or doing other normal activity, ask to see a podiatrist.
