Sadly, it may be so.: There are thousands of molds and many of them are black. Some molds will change color at different stages going from gray to black. Especially if you are sensitive, most molds in closed spaces, can be very harmful and there are many reports of mood swings amid lots of more common symptoms. It is definitely bad to have mold problems and since it's hard to get rid of mold, that sure is depressing!

Forgive my frankness: Blame "black mold" and you'll never recover. Over two decades, I've watched this claim be promoted, mostly by people who specialize in removing it and by lawyers who sue landlords over it. I think it's fake. Overcoming depression requires structured self-study, hard work doing things in real life, and often medication. Don't let a lawyer's scam make you feel helpless.
