Interview: I'd suggest an experienced Clinical Psychologist - good diagnosis can take longer than most MDs have and before any Rx, I'd want to really explore the history and symptoms and effects. There is no lab work or imagry tests yet - if there ever will be. It's your presenting info and their observation over a bit of time that they use.
