No borderline: There is no "borderline" diabetes. You either have diabetes or you don't. There are no specific foods that are beneficial. It's the total of what you eat. You have to eat fewer calories than you burn off. It's 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound. There are no "magic" foods. Don't believe what you hear from friends, tv or the internet. Get professional advice.
