No: You either have diabetes, or you don't. There are specific criteria. Generally, when you're told you have "bordering" diabetes, it's because you doctor didn't really want to tell you that you truly do have diabetes. It's like borderline pregnancy or borderline death.They don't exist. It's one or the other........
