DO's: whole grains, beans, nuts, fruits & veggies, healthy oils (olive, canola), nonfat dairy, lean meats DON'T's: fast food, processed food, high fructose corn syrup, high in simple sugar, high in saturated fat, hydrogenated oils Read ingredient labels. Eat healthily and exercise regularly! Good luck!
