Difficult: Multiple swollen glands is a different problem than a single swollen gland in a neck. Still dr watches that carefully if it does not go away. If you have multiple swollen glands in the armpit you need to see dr. Right away to be checked for other places too to be sure it is nothing serious.

swollen glands: If you shave under your arms you may have infected hair follicles which caused the nodes to swell. This could have been caused by using an old dirty razor. See your doctor for help.
