It depends on: size/: In this location there are lymph nodes which can enlarge for one of two reasons: infection or cancer. If the size is over 1-2cm, then a biopsy may be indicated to find out its nature provided it is growing in size. Either way, you need a physician to examine you and monitor this lymph node and guide you further. It is hard to measure it on your own ....so let your doctor help you further.
