Density: Can be circumscribed, or spiculated increased density anywhere in the lungs. May present as a pneumonia, coin lesion, with or without fluid, or pain. May present with metastases present already. Bad thing to have! stop smoking!

Density: The tumor is dense so it blocks x-rays and shows up as a white circular mass on x-ray.
