Concerning: There's no easy answer, Albert. A hilar mass may be lung cancer, or it may be trivial. Here in Kansas City, most of us have old histoplasmosis scars walling off fungi in our pulmonary hila. There's no pill to take just now. Find out the diagnosis and good luck.
